Cap-It™G3 is our next generation multipack machinery system for Cap-It™, our paperboard clip carton solutions for PET bottles with neck rings. Cap-It’s unique carton design emphasizes the primary container and can range from 4 to 8 bottles per pack.
This third generation machine has been designed to multipack a full range of single-serve round and square PET bottles at high speeds. The unique carton design provides on-shelf differentiation from other multipacks by combining both a beautifully printable billboard with product visibility by exposing a portion of the primary container. Different carton coverage (or ‘skirt’) lengths are available to meet brand needs and finger holes allow for comfortable, reliable carrying. Cap-It™G3 and Cap-It create a sustainable, recyclable solution for multipacking PET bottles.
